Meet the Bloggers

Samantha: I am a former beauty publicist hailing from a top fashion and luxury PR Firm in New York City (think: The Devil Wears Prada). Having worked with some of the top names and faces in fashion, I got an inside look at what makes fashion news. This is my view from the inside out. Welcome to my world, NYC a la Buffalo.

My Style:  My style is very eclectic, I love to experiment with different fashion trends. I believe a good shoe, a nice clutch and a little pop of color can make an outfit.

Where I Shop: J.Crew, Anthropologie, Club Monaco, TopShop, H+M, Joe Fresh, Half & Half (Buffalo), and Tony Walker & Co (Buffalo).

Trends I’m Loving: Lace, Sheer, Maxi anything, Chunky Heels, Denim on Denim, Bright Colors, Color Blocking, and Espadrilles.

Hobbies: I love to experience new things and new people! Other hobbies include reading, pilates, pinning and shopping.

My Mantra: You can never be overdressed or overeducated.

Emma: I am a lover of all things fashion, style and beauty. My passion for creating the perfect outfit for any occasion has allowed me many opportunities to style my friends and family, one of my favorite hobbies. I hope that our blog can inspire a new focus on fashion here in Buffalo, so let’s make it happen!

My Style: My style is laid-back, boho chic and girly. I love a good high heel, skinny jeans and a fun top. I’ve always been taught that less is more and my style is a true reflection of that.

Where I shop: Half & Half, Anna Grace, Modern Boutique, Anthropologie, and H & M

What I’m loving: Color blocking, statement jewelry, a scalloped hemline, lace anything, and tribal prints.

Hobbies (besides fashion): Exploring new restaurants, Pilates, reading, a good movie and my niece, Olive.

My take on life: If the shoe fits, make sure it’s at least 4 inches high.
